Digital Kitchen Display System (KDS)
Ditch the paper tickets and shouting. Our KDS streamlines communication between your front-of-house and kitchen staff. Orders appear instantly on a kitchen screen, and customers can track their order status on a public display.
Your Kitchen, In Sync
What it is: A two-part digital display system. One screen for your kitchen to manage incoming orders, and another for your customers to see the status of their food preparation.
The Problem it Solves: Paper KOTs (Kitchen Order Tickets) get lost, are hard to read, and lead to communication errors. This causes delays, incorrect orders, and frustrated customers.
Why it's Important: An efficient kitchen is a profitable kitchen. A KDS reduces errors, speeds up service, and provides a professional experience for both your staff and your customers.

Use Case: The Busy QSR
The Challenge
A popular burger joint struggles during the lunch rush. The cashier shouts orders, paper tickets get misplaced, and customers crowd the counter asking about their food.
The Solution with Bill It FAST
They set up a tablet in the kitchen running the KDS Kitchen View and a TV in the customer area with the Customer View. Now, when an order is placed, it instantly appears as a digital ticket for the chefs. As they mark it 'Preparing' and then 'Ready,' the status updates in real-time on the customer's screen, who can now wait comfortably.
