How to Set It Up
Get your live monitoring dashboard up and running.
Create Permanent Carts
In 'Cart Management', generate unique QR codes for your physical shopping carts. Print and attach these codes to each cart.
Configure Timeout Rules
Set an 'Abandoned Cart Timeout' (e.g., 3 hours). The system will automatically free up any cart that has been inactive for longer than this period.
Monitor Live Activity
Navigate to the 'Live Monitor' tab to see all active carts. From here, you can view contents and manually reset any cart that has been abandoned.
